​Advanced Squads
Note: All Advanced Squads are by invite only 
If a gymnast in the Girls Recreation Classes shows  ability to take their gymnastics to an Advanced Level, then a coach will invite them along for a trial to one of the advanced Squads. This is available for gymnasts of all ages, boys and girls. 
In the Advanced Squads, the gymnasts will work at a more Advanced Skill Level, with more Body Preparation (flexibility and strength). 
Training times will increase and will be between 4 hours and 12 hours a week. 
They will also be working towards competitions within the Scottish Gymnastics Competition programme.
